The process begins by capturing onsite existing conditions using 3D Laser Scanning technology that creates point cloud data and High-Definition images by capturing millions of data points. This process reduces measurement errors that normally cause construction delays or cost overruns. This incredibly accurate data, 4 mm @ 10 meters away, produces an interactive Point Cloud, Mesh, and High-Definition Imagery. SCAN to BIM - The Scan to BIM process utilizes 3D laser scanning to capture the exact geometry of a physical building or site and then converts that data into a Building Information Model (BIM). It creates highly accurate digital models of existing conditions, which are invaluable for renovations, as-built documentation, facility management, and new construction projects.

- 2D & 3D DRAWINGS - Creating As-Built, Demolition, Remodel/Design drawings from 3D scan data results in an exact and highly detailed record of the area’s current conditions, ensuring the remodel is designed with complete accuracy. Instead of relying on hand measurements or outdated plans, we use precise scan data to produce reliable As-Built, Demolition, and Remodel floor plans, elevations, and sections.
